Aluminum for the data center build-out
Cable trays, busway housings, containment framing, and rack accessories — made in Cincinnati, close to Ohio campuses. We lead with proximity and reliable US supply, and we’re upfront about what we make for data centers today.
What we build for data centers today
Cable ladder trays, wire-management profiles, and tray rails in lightweight 6063 aluminum — strong enough to span long runs without sagging, indoors or out. Used above server rows, on rooftops, suspended from ceilings, and along containment.
Busway and busbar enclosure profiles and tap-off box housings — extruded channels and tubes that carry and protect power distribution in the white space, ready for machining and finishing.
Structural and T-slot framing for hot/cold-aisle containment — walls, ceiling panels, and doors that stay easy to reconfigure as rack layouts change. Modular aluminum is the standard for these systems.
Rack rails, mounting channels, panel extrusions, and trim — high-volume, repeat-spec parts produced to your tolerances, run after run, and finished to match.
Conduit, casing, raceway, and channel profiles — the steady, unglamorous extrusions that route and protect cable runs throughout the facility.
- Heat sinks and high-precision thermal-management profiles
As our quality systems and capabilities expand, we expect to take on more data-center components.
Close to Ohio data-center campuses, US-made supply security, and the reshoring tailwind — predictable aluminum supply with reduced offshore risk.
Our quality systems and capabilities continue to expand. Today, let’s start with the components available now.
