First time working with us? Here’s exactly what to expect and what we’ll need — so you can set up an account without hunting for terms or making a dozen phone calls. If anything’s unclear, call 513.563.2205 and a person will walk you through it.
A drawing, a profile you already run, or a description. We quote it and confirm we’re a fit.
Complete a short credit application and provide references so we can set up terms.
Once you’re set up, reordering is a phone call or an email to the person who knows your part.
To open an account
Here’s exactly what we need and how terms work — no guessing.
Credit application
Download our credit application, complete it, and send it to Fred Bradford in our finance office. It collects your company details, business type, key contacts, and a requested credit line.

Bank & trade references
The application asks for one bank reference (bank name, contact, and account details) and up to four trade references — so we can establish your credit line.
Payment terms
New customers pay for tooling (the die) when the order is placed. Payment terms can be extended after credit approval — approved terms are Net 30. We don’t offer terms beyond Net 30.
