Food Service Equipment
Commercial kitchen and refrigeration aluminum extrusions — specified once, supplied for the life of the product.
Commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and food-display equipment is built on aluminum extrusion — and it has to stay clean while standing up to moisture, temperature swings, and daily washdown.
How aluminum extrusion is used in food service equipment
Extruded profiles frame refrigerated cases and equipment, form the housings and enclosures that hold components, and provide the trim, rails, and edging that finish a unit. Refrigerated display cases in particular favor aluminum because it resists moisture and won't rust, and glass-retention or locking features can be built right into the profile.
6063 is the workhorse here: it machines, welds, and anodizes well, so a single extruded part can be cut, joined, and finished into a clean, durable component — then reordered to the same spec as production runs repeat.
- Refrigeration and equipment framing
- Housings and enclosures
- Trim, rails, and edging
- Glass-retention and locking profiles
- Repeat-spec supply your line can plan around
- Single-source finishing — anodize and powder coat available
- Central Midwest location
Most food-service work runs in 6063 for its clean, anodize-friendly surface, with the finish your spec calls for available. AES takes the profile through machining, fabrication, and finishing under one PO, so equipment builders receive parts ready to assemble — and a supply partner who keeps the same specified profile flowing as the product line matures.
