Extrusion
Custom profiles and standard shapes, with production assistance — runs from 300 lb.
We help you get from spec to a manufacturable die, then keep that profile flowing for the life of your product.
A browse-only catalog of angles, channels, tubing, and more — common alloys and tempers, ready to quote.
Minimum runs starting at 300 lb in 6063 and 6061 — prototypes and short runs included.
The most economical tooling in manufacturing — ideal for R&D
If you’re developing a new product, extrusion is one of the cheapest ways to get a real part in hand. An extrusion die costs a small fraction of the tooling for casting, stamping, forging, or injection molding — often hundreds of dollars where other processes run into the tens of thousands. That makes it inexpensive to prototype, test, and iterate on a profile during R&D. And here’s the part that matters most: if the extruded shape is the part you want, that same low-cost die is your production tool. There’s no expensive retooling to move from prototype to production — the tool you proved out is the tool you run.
